Payment

All prices are listed in USD and will be paid through PayPal or Stripe.I will send you an invoice for payment once the commission details have been finalized. Any attempts to make alternative payments will be treated as a scam.

Payment options - full payment upfront, or 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the rough sketch has been accepted by the client. after agreement is reached, payment must be made within 48 hours. Without doing so, the order will be cancelled.I may offer a payment plan of -50% upfront, 50% to receive- on large transactions.After the full payment is made, your commission slot will be reserved on my queue list. You can check my schedule and the status of your commission here.Returning customers: I offer a discount of 10% off the final commission price on your third order.I have the right to decline a commission under any circumstances.

Process

Discord is the preferred method of communication.The amount of time needed to complete a commission can vary depending on the scope of work. i will provide an estimate of how long the commission will take to complete (it may take more or less time). I will do my best to provide timely updates. please do not try to rush me.Workflow will be discussed based on the type of commission.I will send WIPs at every stage of the commission for approval unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon.Revisions can be made within reason. i recommend finalizing any major changes during the sketch phase. i will do my best to accommodate requests for changes to be made, however, revisions should not drastically increase the workload of the commission.Completed commissions will be delivered to client's by Discord, e-mail, or another agreed upon method. The client will receive a high resolution image in the discussed image format. The client will also receive a low-res version with the watermark/signature near the face or any other detailed area, as well as in the corner of the piece, for sharing publicly. The high-res version will also have a watermark/signature in the corner of the image and a discreet signature within the details.
Under no circumstances will the watermark/signature be removed or altered!

Art

Please review my work before ordering. By commissioning me, you are paying for my art style, do not ask me to imitate or copy another artist's style.Do not copy, trace, steal or heavily reference my art.Commissioned artwork can be used for : icons, banners, etc. as long as proper credits are presented, "credits to original artist" is not proper credit, please include my appropriate social media handle.All commissions completed fall under personal use unless otherwise specified. If a piece is commercial, then a 300% commercial fee in addition to the original price is added. If the client decides to use a commission commercially after its completion, this can be discussed.
If a client wants me to edit an already commissioned piece made by me, they must consult me and not other artists. The client must not modify or alter the finished piece themselves.Clients must not resell the finished commission piece under any circumstances, unless a commercial fee has been paid and explicit consent by the artist has been written. This includes art made by me of character designs that I have made, in addition to the design themselves.The client may repost the finished commission, provided that proper credit is given to me. Character designs created by me must also be credited to me, including sharing new and/or existing art of said design.If you do not want me to publicly post your commissioned work, please mention it in your commission proposal.Commissions are a digital purchase. there will not be a physical copy.I hold all rights to my artwork.When purchasing a commission from me, you're buying that one illustration. With that being said, you do not own the rights to edit the piece in any way and that includes : changing colours / markings / rearranging artwork / adding watermark / removing signatures or watermarks.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for any blockchain-related technology which includes non fungible tokens(NFT), cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens(NFT) or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
